I called regarding a query relating to Bright HR. I spoke to Demi who was extremely helpful and accommodating. She had good knowledge of the system which was obvious when speaking to her. My problem was resolved within seconds! Thanks Demi

I found the recent experience with Shane very informative and easy to understand, he talked me through the sections with ease. Fingers crossed I can now upload my information ok, he has sent over a back up of information to my email too.

Informative and knowledgeable
Called Brighthr to set up the clocking in system Blip. Spoke with Matthew Rhodes who was extremely informative and knowledgeable. The system looks very user friendly, however, Matthew said I could call him should I have any queries. Looking forward to setting it up.

Query answered quickly via email. I felt that it would have been resolved as easily if I needed to pick up the phone.

They just want money and do not care their customer at all
Our company is impacted heavily by COVID 19 and is closed under the policy of the government. We told them that we want to terminate the contract yet they do not consider the current situation we have and continue asking us to pay the fee.They replied they have contacted me for more information, the truth is they want us to pay the total balance in on go to end the contract, how ridiculous it is because if we can pay the balance then we will no need to end it.

Bright HR Meeting

Excellent online training
Was a little dubious about what to expect and also I am not great when using a PC! However, Alex was very patient, clear whilst explaining what I had to do and nothing was too much trouble. I asked numerous questions, all of which were answered clearly. Really good training. Thank you Alex.
