QUERY ON STAFF HOLIDAY CALCULTION
Received very clear instructions on how to amend an employees working pattern. His holidays were incorrect on the system and the reason why was explained and worked through with me. Very professional and helpful service.

Great Service from Michelle (Farr).

was struggling to access brightsafe spoke to joshua who guided me through but we then hit a fault without hesitation joshua logged on to my computer and talked me through what needed to be done he was clear and patient with me. im not 'techy' but his instructions were clear and easy to follow and had me set up within a couple of minutes. was a pleasure to deal with Joshua today

It's hard to keep up to date with all the COVID regulations and rules of employment. Ashley was very kind, offered to log on to my screen and assist with all my questions in BrightHR. The clouds of confusion are gone! It is so much easier to show what your problem is than trying to describe it. It saves so much time! Thank you for 5-star customer service!
