Help desk support
Atiq was extremely patient and helpful talking me through some of the issues I was having. As a new Practice Manager and new to Bright HR, I called asking about a user guide which I've now got access to for reference and then gave me some help updating an employee record. Discussed training and he kindly booked me in for this. A very polite, patient and helpful man. A credit to your organisation.
