Alex was superb and highly knowledgeable.

Polite, patient and helpful assistance
I was unsure how to create shift patterns for variable hours staff and called Bright HR. I needed to call more than once and each time I was helped by Demi who was extremely patient with me and gave clear and concise instructions to assist me in understanding how to achieve what I needed to do. I feel confident in calling for more questions if needed.
