clear and helpful
My trainer was Alex Pearson, he was clear and concise and explained all the functions of HR and H&S well, and answered my questions along the way. The platforms are really straightforward and logical to use, making these dull tasks much more acceptible!

Good service - if you speak to the right people !
Mixed feelings and some disenchantment outside of the basics and initial set up Some of the previous training/ help on the site was lacking However in practical terms Lucy Gilbert really helped sort out a few things quickly and simplyAs well as providing links and videos to assist in my own / available time
