Helpful custoemr service
Ellie Metcalf was very helpful on the online help tool - she was patient and understood my questions and offered quick responses and solutions. It's useful being able to easily speak to a real person when you need support, as well as being able to use the FAQs.

Gabrielle@Bright Hr Support provided excellent support when we called regarding HR holiday calculations. She was able to remotely review our system and provide guidance which resolved our issue.
