I'll be frank
I'll be frank, the support I was receiving from BrightHR was pretty mediocre/poor. Until I had the good fortune of Junior picking up my call that is; he is excellent, grasped the issue immediately and within 45 minutes of me speaking with him the issues I had been trying to fix for more than 3 weeks were sorted. Please hire more people like Junior!

I emailed preliminary contract / handbook documents for comments by the Bright HR support team Tuesday afternoon, I received clear and quality advice and comments over the phone before 10:00am the next morning. Superb service and I have every confidence the documents they have helped me prepare are credible and robust.

Good service and support
I have had guidance from Sue Hargreaves on a number of tricky issues recently. I've found the advice and support valuable in navigating and resolving these issues and would have no hesitation in recommending the service to other businesses. We also use Bright as our HRS and have found it simple to use and set up.
