I cannot tell you how good the team at BrightHR is, what a difference they’ve made to our business, how easy they are to work with and what value we get from them. We have been using Bright HR for a few years now and the software for logging in, recording holiday, training modules, template contracts etc is all great, brilliant in fact, and everything we'd need. However, the truly fantastic thing is the legal helpline and the invaluable advice and support you can get. Ben Spencer was excellent!
I hadn't been impressed with the email support I had received for a previous query regarding holiday calculations for part time staff. However Ben Spencer telephoned me regarding another issue I had raised, and once he had resolved that one he proceeded to help with my initial query and was brilliant. He went through the guidance step by step and waited on the phone whilst I carried out the steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben. He was quite brilliant.

Excellent customer service and support
Natasha talked me through the Bright Safe software fully and was able to help me navigate the system and answered all the questions I had. Very enjoyable and informative onboarding experience. Natasha was engaging, personable and friendly throughout.
