Just signed up to Bright HR and had consultation to get started with a guy called Jack! He could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The system is really easy to use and it is going to make work life much easier! Can't wait to have it up and running.

I had difficulty accessing teh account. Called the support line and got sorted quickly courteously and professionally. Josh who helped me came across as genuinely concerned and wanting to help. Great advert for a support desk

Simon was amazing
I just joined a new company and started working as an Office Manager. I have never managed any HR programs . The BrightHR was my first one. Simon has called me and spent so much time explaining me everything. Everything was very clear and easy. Even if I have never used BrightHr or any other HR programs, he made it to understand all very easy. Thank you

I was dreading this session as I thought it would be really complicated. Shane talked me through each section and broke it down into manageable chunks. I’m actually excited to be using this system which will really help me manage my business far more efficiently. I wish I’d started 4 years ago!
