Fantastic customer service!

I contacted the helpline for Bright HR today as I was having problems adding a new employee to our HR system. Atiq was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to talk me through the process and checking that I understood all his instructions. He solved my problem quickly and efficiently and was extremely polite throughout the phone call. I was very impressed with his customer service and helpfulness. Thank you Atiq!

Good support offered by Haroon

Browser Error

I wanted to put past rotas onto the system but kept getting an error message. This has been going on for the past 24 hours. I emailed into the support team to help. Josh J got in touch and we have tried a few different things to fix the problem, the last was to open Bright HR in a different browser. This has fixed the problem. Josh J was very helpful.
