Called BrightHR help desk today and spoke with Matthew. He easily helped me with my initial inquiry and also asked if there was anything else he could help with. Matthew's guidance was clear and easy to follow. He encouraged me to put forwards idea's to improve the service and was keen to inform me of recent developments in the system.
