Informative demonstration to game-changing HR system
The demonstration was very informative and showcased the range of functions Brighthr provides. Brighthr will be a game-changer in many ways. Conversation with Laura Peake
I have just had a long conversation with Laura Peake. She was so helpful and informative understanding my questions and helping me to set up my Company onto your system. She was able to answer all of my questions, numerous though they were, and now I am albe to report to my Directors and Managers giving them the basic understand of how we can use and benefit from using our Bright HR package, Wish me luck!!

Intuitive and easy to use
It was super easy to start setting up staff on Bright. I'm sure it's going to make a massive difference to the quality and usefulness of our data for decision making and planning.

User-friendly system with a great app
It's an intuitive system in any case, but there were a couple of areas I wasn't clear on with regard to documents which the training clarified for me.

Excellent support
Matt helped with clear , concise instructions to enter Employees with different working patterns onto the system. I didnt feel rushed and he ensured that I had understood why I was doing what I was doing so that it made sense next time! Thank you

Mathew was extremely helpful when I contacted him for some advice using Bright HR. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he didn't mind when I asked for more support other than what I had already asked for. He was polite on the phone, easy to talk to and even spent time completing the task alongside me. Overall, very pleased with the service I received.
