Been using Bright HR for just over a year. There are so many features and benefits available to help businesses. Kevin has recently taken over our account as our Account Manager and he is so helpful and supportive. I feel that the platform will have more features implemented and we are delighted to be part of the growth. Thank you Danielle at Five Star Catering.

Chloe Jones has really helped unpick one of the holiday balance queries today. Thoughtful and methodical and helped me see what I couldn't! All round super service again from Bright HR.

Really supportive with a change to one of our Directors working time.
I have my first member of the team working the equivalent of 52 days over 52 weeks, no particular assigned day per week, an average of one day a week over the month so four to five days a month. Totally no idea where to start. Jamie was really patient, and talked me through the whole process. Explaining what I could go back and amend once the initial details had been added. Thank you so much, it did really make me scratch my head!!

Great introductory tour
We've just had our introductory tour of both BrightHR and BrightSafe with Natasha and found it very helpful. She answered all our questions easily and left us feeling very confident about using the system.
