I had a problem with adding a new member of staff to Bright HR, she advised that she had used Bright HR with her previous company, i asked to contact them and ask that they delete her records and asked her to delete the App, she did all of this and confirmed the company had deleted her, however I was still having problems, I rang Bright HR and spoke to Bradley Green who looked at her profile, he found the cause of the problem and actioned this for me. Spoke to Jordan at Bright HR who was…
Spoke to Jordan at Bright HR who was very helpful in assisting me with adjusting a team member who was returning to work after her maternity. He was very patient as I'm a little slow when it comes to software etc. Also Katie was brilliant helping me figure out the remaining holiday allowance. All over a brilliant experience ..well done guys !

Great Tech Support with BrightHr Website
I was directed to Adil Najeeb today because I was not clear on how to upload information on TOIL. Adil listened to my query and took the time to walk me through the feature. At the end of the interaction I then was able to walk blow by blow through the process with Adil's support to make sure that I fully understood the feature. Thanks Adil
