Mandatory leave assistance
Been using Bright HR for a while now and while it is very user friendly, I had a query setting up mandatory leave for a new employee. Gabriele was able to resolve it simply and quickly for me, much appreciated!

Helpful custoemr service
Ellie Metcalf was very helpful on the online help tool - she was patient and understood my questions and offered quick responses and solutions. It's useful being able to easily speak to a real person when you need support, as well as being able to use the FAQs.

Bright HR Support
Gabrielle@Bright Hr Support provided excellent support when we called regarding HR holiday calculations. She was able to remotely review our system and provide guidance which resolved our issue. Great having someone to refer to and who can view your screen to be able to provide the best advice to resolve your issue. Thank you Gabrielle!
