Problem solved in no time. Fantastic online support
Got through to Olivia with the problem and between us we working out the reason why the issue had occurred but she (fortunately) took full control. During the call the system crashed and Olivia said she would have to call me back...which she did within no time. Back on the call she sorted the entire problem out. VERY IMPRESSED and would highly recommend her as an asset to the support team. WELL DONE!

Call from Precious Uhwache today from…
Call from Precious Uhwache today from Bright HR to walk me through the Employee HR system I have taken on via Peninsula. Precious made it easy to join the meeting and expertly guided me through setting up employees, adding holidays etc. This gave me confidence in the system.
