Lucy was a great trainer
Lucy was a great trainer, so friendly and very knowledgeable on the product. She answered all our questions and got answers to us immediately, also helping to speed up the migration piece for us. After the issues we have had recently with upgrading this has been a breathe of fresh air. Thank you!

Contract Change Implications on Annual Leave
I was very impressed with Conor's assistance. I had a few complicated issues to deal with pertaining to contracts and changing AL entitlements and he talked me through each element in a professional, friendly, and easy to understand way.

Excellent Customer Service! 10/10!
First contact with BrightHR was this morning as we needed to make some changes to our account. Received an email response back quite quickly asking me to contact the Customer Service Team. From there, I spoke to Atiq who was very friendly and assisted me with my query quickly and attentively. He also left me his contact details, should I struggle in future. Very happy with the level of customer care and the experience with Atiq.

Excellent customer service from Demi
I needed to update my email address to access BrightHR, Demi solved this in seconds! she was super helpful and in the end provided extra support with some questions I had around the holiday entitlement. Thank you Demi! :)
