Bright HR staff report

I had an issue working out how to generate a report for my staff rotas over a whole year. I rang Bright HR and was connected to Matthew who talked me through the process, supported me in how to manage the report and was extremely helpful. His support has saved me hours of work and allowed me to send the report already to the correct personnel. Thank you Matthew for such a great service.

I was having difficulty with a complex working pattern.

I was having difficulty trying to record in the system a particularly complex working pattern. Matthew Rhodes was so helpful in thinking the issue through, coming up with a solution and then talking me through what I would need to do. I am not sure without his help if I would have been able to resolve the matter.

Very clear and concise explanation of content and how it pertains to me and my business. Lots of very interesting, unexpected but very useful content. Trainer was exceptionally pleasant and patient.
