Bright HR query
Very efficient call with Josh J to deal with a query about amending annual leave entitlement on Bright HR for a new part-time employee. Josh managed to explain everything very clearly and we had the issue sorted within minutes! Thank you :-)

Setting Up our account with Brighthr
Setting Up our account with Brighthr and both guys helped me so much Pryce and Shane. Pryce talked me through what would be the best package for us and Shane talked me through how the systems all work. They both made the process very easy and very straight forward. Really are looking forward to using it.

Existing employee, but not on my system
I had a problem entering a new employee so had to phone for help! Matthew R was polite and extremely helpful and soon had the problem sorted out.

Swift, reactive, helpful response to an issue with employee account access
Atiq called and advised on the issue an employee was experiencing with logging on to his account. The advice has been passed on to the employee and hopefully it will be resolved. Atiq has offered further assistance should it be required and his direct dial. Overall very helpful, supportive, reactive advice. Thank you Atiq

Unable to use app…
I was very confused about the correct e.mail and password I should be using to be able to book time off work. After explaining my problem to Josh he was able to help me. I have now been able to use the app and book some time of work
