Bright HR Support

The issue was employees were not able to use the Blip app. I emailed the support team, and Olivia called me as I requested. Olivia and I discussed the issue and worked through the problem. I was concerned that because I was using a Huawei Smartphone, I could not download the app. Olivia took her time and talked me through the issue and possible solutions; the problem should now be resolved. Olivia also sent me an email with an explanation of how to address the issue should it happen again.

Simple, easy to use system

We are a hotel and have been using Bright HR and Blip for almost 3 months now. We have had several rota and clocking systems over the years and this is by far the best and easiest to use. As we are a hotel/restaurant we have a lot of casual staff and its so simple and straight forward not only for the employees but for the managers. It is just a logical system that will save you loads of time. Well done Bright HR. Also Matthew in support is fantastic at explaining things in plain language.

Fabulous

Being new to Bright HR, there have been a couple of areas I haven't managed to navigate, so I put in a support call. I received a response within 15mins, Ryan Hewitt helped me through a number of queries, all of which I should of been able to work out for myself. He was kind, considerate and more than helpful. I did feel rushed, I felt as if his focus was on me. It was a pleasure to speak with him. Very happy customer.

Croner BrightHR Excellent Tech Support

Just started using BrightHR through Croner. Very efficient service indeed. Had a great training and set-up session with Mathew from tech support on Friday. Very knowledgeable on the functionality and explained things very thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. He managed to find workarounds for all my queries.
