Five star service
Matthew, my expert for the session was amazing. He didn't just fix the issue but took me back to the beginning of the process, explained why we did things and then talked me through the changes i wanted to make. I now can make the required changes to all the employee profiles, which means no more manual calculations of holiday and i understand why. Huge thank you

My account manager is Kai Samuel and we had an excellent meeting this morning where she talked me through the Bright Safe portal. Everything I need to know was explained very clearly and Kai ensured I understood all aspects and options. I am looking forward to putting the system in practise.

I contacted Bright HR with a problem…
I contacted Bright HR with a problem being able to log on to my account. I received emails back in a prompt fashion helping me with my query. A member of staff called Matthew R gave me a telephone call and was very polite and helped me with my situation

Great Support
Contacted Brighthr re problem I had downloading a Template. Within literally 5 min I had a phone call from Matthew, explaining the difficulty and taking me through what I had to do to receive the document template or more importantly informing me that if I contacted Brighthr they would write the document for me Hip, Hip Hooray. For your quick response Matthew Thank you. Margaret
