I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service today from Ryan who supported me really well on the call, whilst solving a few small issues I was having due to an incorrect setting. I also dealt with Matthew yesterday briefly who was really helpful and friendly. Great experience and my query resolved.

Mathew was extremely helpful and understanding. I only have 4 employees and so don't use Bright on a regular basis so find navigating a bit daunting sometimes; Mathew didn't make me feel awkward about this and gave excellent advice. Thanks
