I had an excellent experience today. Olivia, a member of the support team, was very professional and helpful in getting back to me after she had put in a request for a recovery code the day before. She was able to solve the problem that had taken 3 weeks. She basically walked me through step by step to remove the two-factor authenticator. Even when we encountered the same problem as before, she put me on hold for a few seconds and managed to find support to overcome it and was finally able ...

After training this morning on the Bright HR system, I can only conclude that Bright HR is the go-to service for outsourcing any Human Resources concerns. The system is exceptionally user friendly for our growing business, and the additional support available is second to none.
