I had an excellent experience today
I had an excellent experience today. Olivia, a member of the support team, was very professional and helpful in getting back to me after she had put in a request for a recovery code the day before. She was able to solve the problem that had taken 3 weeks. She basically walked me through step by step to remove the two-factor authenticator. Even when we encountered the same problem as before, she put me on hold for a few seconds and managed to find support to overcome it and was finally able ...

After training this morning on the Bright HR system, I can only conclude that Bright HR is the go-to service for outsourcing any Human Resources concerns. The system is exceptionally user friendly for our growing business, and the additional support available is second to none. Sukey’s training was thorough and insightful, and has left myself and my staff entirely confident in the service and it’s uses. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BrightHR
