Bright HR Customer Service.
I called up to Bright HR to ask for some help with the Blip and Pop apps and I recieved fantastic support. I got detailed and evidenced feedback on the questions I asked and was met almost immediately on the phone. Matthew (the person I talked to) was extremely experienced in the apps themselves and he had a genuine interest in the product which meant that the support I recieved for my queries was especially good.
