I needed some guidance

I needed some guidance with giving access to my manager to all documents and risk assessments in Bright Safe. Was told that I needed to add my manager to the place of work, but the system wasn't allowing me to do so. Exchanged a few emails with support, but to no avail, then Olivia contacted me and over a call and a screen sharing she walked me through the portals (HR and Safe) and helped to fix the issue. She was very helpful and approachable and very willing to help. Thank you!
