Excellent service

Matthew in the support team helped me today with explaining how to set up work patterns, employee records and annual leave entitlement. We have a number of employees who are on part time hours and he took the time to explain how the system was set up and what I should input for each individual. He was over and beyond with his guidance and knowledge and it was much appreciated! Thank you Matthew.

Our meeting went well. Brighthr and its functions were explained thoroughly to us and Shane was willing to answer any questions or try to fix problems that we were receiving. After the session ended, he immediately dealt with a request that we had.

I recently had to contact Bright HR for an issue I had when calling in for advice. Immediately on receipt of my email, I received acknowledgement of my complaint and was then contacted the next morning to confirm the details of what had taken place. A few hours later, I received a call from Ian Riley who informed me that action had already been taken and that our account would be credited for a months service.
