Matthew is Amazing!

I spoke to Matthew today when trying to sort out some confusing issues I was having with calculating leave entitlement for a fulltime employee who was working parttime temporarily and he was so good. He explain everything clearly and showed me how to make the necessary changes. I had to call again as I'd missed something simple and he helped me again to make everything right. What a lovely guy and a great asset to BrightHR

Small query answered efficiently…

I had a small query regarding documents structure, Matthew was very helpful in explaining the structure. What I liked most of all that he asked me specifically if it was technical support to ensure I was speaking to the right person, which would have saved me time from having to repeat myself.

I was new to the Bright HR and I needed help with setting up users for the practice, calculating the annual leave and having a good understanding of the Bright HR in general. I called and spoken to Mathew R, who I found to be very professional and vey helpful. He took his time to explained everything thoroughly, he had a lot of patience for all my queries and after the session I felt happy and confident at using the majority of functions on Bright HR. Contract has expired

I called into the service desk this morning and spoke to Matt regarding a message I got when trying to log into BrightHR that said our contract had expired. Matt quickly sorted out the problem and I was able to log in within minutes. He quickly explained the issue and resolved the problem Thank you Matt for such a great service

Changing holiday entitlement and working hours

I couldn't work out how to change working hours to exclude lunch hours, move people to different teams and also how to stop national holidays from being deducted from holiday entitlement. Olivia was extremely helpful and it's all sorted out now. Bright HR are always so efficient and pleasant when I have a problem.
