Review of tech support received from Jordan Stigwood of BrightHR support team. I needed several unusual modifications to our current profiles for employees which I was unable to do on my own. Jordan made sure he understood our needs accurately. Then I appreciated the fact that he told me he needed to check one or two points with his colleagues. Very helpful & friendly
I had a set up call today with Rachel, she was extremely helpful and very friendly to deal with. I look forward to having her as our account manager. She went through everything very well until she was sure I understood everything. She followed up our phone call by sending user guides to me via email - these will be very useful! I look forward to using the system and having Rachel there to help when we need it. 10/10!!
