I have been trying for a while to find…

I have been trying for a while to find a way that my payroll manager can be on Bright HR and see holiday requests but not be able see the employees personal/documentation, but without success. This has meant that I have been unable to use the documentation section for ie. upload of employment contracts. I have persevered again and I was lucky to get Jamie Phillips pick up the phone. He listened and worked with me to find a solution and hooray - a solution he found - thank you Jamie!

Initial setup queries

We are just setting up the software and I was unsure what some options did. I expected to have to arrange a callback, but Bradley Green immediately explained clearly and concisely what would happen, which did not make me feel stupid for not fully understanding. I now feel more confident with what I have to do. Thank you Bradley

Polite & knowledgeable

Quick call back turnaround. Ben Spencer was very polite and knowledgeable on the Bright HR system. He understood my queries and he was able to advise on how future development plans for the system would improve the way we use Bright HR.

Great service

Great service. Atiq was my customer service colleague and he was helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to understand why we were contacting customer service . He did exactly what he said he would and I will contact him again when I need to make amendments to my account. A credit to the Brighthr organisation.

I'll be frank

I'll be frank, the support I was receiving from BrightHR was pretty mediocre/poor. Until I had the good fortune of Junior picking up my call that is; he is excellent, grasped the issue immediately and within 45 minutes of me speaking with him the issues I had been trying to fix for more than 3 weeks were sorted. Please hire more people like Junior!
