Ayesha is a credit to the company
Ayesha is a credit to the company. She is kind, and allowed time for me to explain an ongoing issue regarding an employee. This is the second time I have spoken with Ayesha, and her advice is helpful, she offers reassurance and I have 100% confidence in contacting her for future HR advice, should it be required.

Elyse was extremely helpful with the onboarding she performed, she explained things clearly and in a professional way, we went through the system step by step with clear instructions on how to use the system. Elyse explained the support network available for new users which i found very helpful. a very pleasant experience.

I called the helpline for information…
I called the helpline for information that had been sent to me as I could not find it on the portal. The lady (Joy) was able to direct me to the information's location very quickly. Had I been searching for this myself, I probably would of missed my retiring date and or a telegram from the King.

Daniel Chigwada really helped me with…
Daniel Chigwada really helped me with my concerns and was the only person to respond to any of my concerns both by telephone and email. He kept me informed all whilst i was waiting for management to contact me. I would definitely recommend using Bright HR as you can tell a lot about a company who still give you their undivided attention, even if you have an issue with something. Thank you Daniel, much appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service
Our company has recently signed up to BriteHR and received excellent service so far. Particular thanks to Scarlett Freeman who has been very efficient and fast responding to all document and policy enquiries, Samuel Lambrou who was patient, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the functionality of the website and Stephen OBrien for an easy and seamless signing up process.
