Excellent Service

Good training session

The training session was really good. Shan was really helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with it. I was also pleased that there are tutorials in case you forget things. My only recommendation would be to either join the system earlier than you need to use it to allow for training time or for the team to have extra trainers. Also make the support numbers either geographical or 0800 please. I really like the software in itself so far.
