A PROFESSIONAL THAT CRAES.
I got in contact with Alana at my first call even though l was told they are always busy. She was calm, listens & got my points well. Never in a rush. She makes sure there is effective communication. Understanding & professional. Once l message her, she calls as soon as she's available - always. She appears to be a good asset to the company.

Excellent training
