been with BrightHR for a couple years…

been with BrightHR for a couple years now. anytime we have a query, it is answered and resolved within 24 hours. Just raised a case and Matthew spoke with me, clearly explained what was cause and how to resolve, and stayed on phone with me whilst I checked his changes met my approval. superb support from Matthew and hopefully his cold gets better soon! regards. awesome system and great on boarding training…

Robert chadwick was great this morning on the on boarding training, I have been looking at the system over the last week and so far its ticking all the boxes, easy to use and getting us closer to being paper free

Callum was exceptional !!!

Callum was fantastic to deal with. I had my training call this morning with Callum Woodrow and he was extremely helpful. He took me through every step needed to set up our company on BrightHR and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He assured me I can email or set up a call with him at anytime if I have any quaestions or need help which is great to know. Alana Clark - beacon of calm and clarity

Very glad to be able to call Bright HR whenever there is HR issue. Extremely valuable resource for a small company like ours to have. Service levels are consistently high

We have been with BrightHR for almost 6 months now and the service levels continue to be of the same high standard. Implementation was very straight forward with plenty of live training sessions available in addition to the online support. My Account Manager, Stuart is fantastic. He is always very pleasant, informative and helpful and all responses are practically instant. Absolutely the right decision to move to BrightHR and would have no hesitation in recommending.
