Have had a few mishaps with calls after…

Have had a few mishaps with calls after initially joining but I spoke with Rachel yesterday who showed me the platform and went through everything. She made is all seem effortless and easy and I am not the best with tech so that is saying something. Thank you Rachel for your time and effort

Spoke to Jordan at Bright HR who was very helpful in assisting me with adjusting a team member who was returning to work after her maternity. He was very patient as I'm a little slow when it comes to software etc. Also Katie was brilliant helping me figure out the remaining holiday allowance. I had a problem with adding a new member of staff to Bright HR, she advised that she had used Bright HR with her previous company, i asked to contact them and ask that they delete her records and asked her to delete the App, she did all of this and confirmed the company had deleted her, however I was still having problems, I rang Bright HR and spoke to Bradley Green who looked at her profile, he found the cause of the problem and actioned this for me.
