Kia, was amazing today, she really sold what Bright HR can do for us as a company and explained in detail the system and answered all questions in detail and gave great examples of how to do what we asked her. Warm and friendly manner, great lady.

HR with Darren Greenwood.
I had the HR online seminar with Darren Greenwood. I was led through the system in a calm and confident manner which gave me confidence. I was shown how to input information and retrieve and track information. I found the web site easy to understand and simple to follow. The instructions were clear and precise and left me feeling confident in using the system. The offer of constant back up and support is also very reassuring.

Help with statement of terms
Received help with putting together a statement of terms and conditions for an employee's contract so that it is compliant with the Good Work Plan and reflects our company benefits. Alana was patient and carefully explained her advice, answering lots of questions.
