Robert was very patient, warm and knowledgeable on the onboarding call today. He explained the services and features of BrightHR that I feel impressed about. The system will reduce the admin burden and put my mind at rest re the law, health and safety and docs. Thanks you.

In relation to our Bright safe training…
In relation to our Bright safe training today was given by Katie McLaughlin. I found her to be quite knowledgeable and patient as she talked her way through the training taking time out to make sure we understood and answered our questions when we stopped to learn more about a particular section. I cannot thank her enough for her time to which we found the training to be well informative and helpful for our company needs. Would recommend with out hesitation Katie you were a star thankyou.

A very reassuring and helpful discussion
Alana Clarke has been really helpful over the past few weeks with plenty of well thought out and constructive advice to try and help us through some tricky staff grievance issues. She was happy to receive our notes in the form of written minutes and voice memos to really try and understand our business and staff issues. She recommended the EAP support service, which I am hoping to put forward to all staff members but in particular the employees who are suffering at the moment.

Great Health & Safety support and HR made easy!!
I think the key is to definitely book an on-boarding training session. So much easier to navigate after just a 1 - hour session. The BrightSafe module is extremely helpful, some great templates to use and some very good E-Learning modules. Professional advice on hand!!
