Great experience with BrightHR Service Team
I am new to BrightHR, and I found that it's well structured and supports all essential HR functions. An introductory training session with Samuel L. was extremely helpful. He showed me the best way to navigate the system and switch between different platforms, answered all my questions and promptly resolved outstanding issues.

nick MC Cerrell was amazing during the…
nick MC Cerrell was amazing during the whole time guiding me how to use the portal. he was very pationt when i was asking questions and repeating the answers few time to make sure i undrestood how to use the system. He was very poilet and took the time to allow me enter some of my data while he was on the meeting with me.

Great Training
We have just had our training with Gareth Cartledge who was very helpful, knowledgeable about the system and gave advice on the best way for us to use the system for us. He showed us all the different aspects of the system and was very patient and great with all our questions - and we asked alot of questions! Great service.
