Introduction meeting
Had an introduction meeting with Nick McKerrell today, he was extremely informative and helpful. Was very welcoming and great in answering all of the questions we asked him. Demonstrated the system with good timing enabling us to ask questions and checking that it made sense. Also sent a follow up email with useful links and advised to contact him with any queries or if we feel we need any further help/training sessions
