I was very pleased with our meeting today with Hanaan Parkinson-Ramsbottom who gave us an overview of the system and its various functions. She gave me confidence that she understood what we were telling her and she was able to answer our questions. Hanaan was very personable and welcoming and I look forward to talking to her again in the future.
