Hadesa had to step in and do the onboarding training as Cullum was off sick. She carried this out at the last minute in a professional and friendly manner. Her internet connection broke down but she offered to continue later in the day and was very supportive and accommodating.

Customer Service is spot on
I haven’t long since joined BrightHR but so far the experience has been very pleasant. Always call when they say they will. Very informative and friendly - didn’t ever feel particularly “salesy” as such. I’m really impressed with how this comings operates, it has an outstanding structure throughout its employees which delivers exceptional service. Great training session with Kai
Kai was really knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Her training style really suited my needs having never used the BrightHR system before.
