Hadesa had to step in and do the onboarding training as Cullum was off sick. She carried this out at the last minute in a professional and friendly manner. Her internet connection broke down but she offered to continue later in the day and was very supportive and accommodating.

Customer Service is spot on

I haven’t long since joined BrightHR but so far the experience has been very pleasant. Always call when they say they will. Very informative and friendly - didn’t ever feel particularly “salesy” as such.
