Darren guided myself and 3 colleagues through Bright HR and waited patiently while we sorted out the tech stuff at the beginning. He was friendly throughout, explained the system clearly and answered our questions. It is reassuring he will be there for any assistance we may need in the future

Brighthr data assistance
Very Helpful I needed assistance with data inputting onto the Brighthr platform and was put through to Olivia. She was very pleasant and helpful with the guided detailed tour and step by step process to make the changes and talk me through. I found Olivia to be very patient, advised clearly and remained friendly through the process. Thanks

I have been looking forward to this demo as I have to say due to previous experience, I was a bit sceptical! Darren however made it seem so simple and straightforward. His explanations were clear and easy to follow. Apart from being quite knowledgeable, he also very helpful and a pleasure to speak with.
