Fantastic Support
We have recently started using the app and system having previously used another. I can vouch for the fact that the system is thoughtfully designed and works very well. We have needed to contact the support team with help with migration, and they were nothing but helpful, and very quick to resolve our query and produce a meaningful outcome. Would happily recommend.

Brilliant Service
I have been a Bright HR subscriber for some years and always found them useful but had a particularly difficult HR issue lately that Sue Hargreaves very kindly helped me with. The time that they gave me was incredible. These guys really know their stuff. They always came back to me and nothing was too much trouble. Huge thanks Sue and your team.

I had Darren Buck explain the Bright HR & Bright Safe systems to me. Darren was very patient and explained each step clearly to me. He showed me examples during the tutorial and answered any questions I had. Thanks Darren.

Really excellent introduction to BrightHR from Rafaella. Very patient and helpful during the tutorial and I learned a lot. The system seems to exceed what we had anticipated.

We had Darren Greenwoood explain the BrightHR system to us - very patient and helped us understand how to navigate the system. We used examples, so able to put into practice what we were learning. Also follow up emails and links to further advice. Appreciate the support.
