Set up call
I was dealing with a lovely lady named Eden. Eden explained the whole set up of BrightHr very simply. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She assured me if I have any issues in the future I can contact her or the team and they will help me. Overall I would rate Eden excellent a pleasure to deal with

Raffaella was an absolute pleasure
Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, she was very informative and gave a detailed tour of what needed to be done in Bright HR and Bright Safe she answered all questions to the best of her ability, and anything she didn't know she was honest and also gave reference to where and to who we can get the accurate answer. BrightHR has been a phenomenal service…
BrightHR has been a phenomenal service for us, as a small arts organisation. It is affordable, very accessible and has been able to offer advice and clear guidance/templates through a variety of HR processes. Alana has been our go-to adviser and she's been a source of confidence for many of our managers. The online portal is a very clear way for us to track leave, and distribute new policies too.
