Had a great experience working with Stuart to roll out the ability for BrightHR clients to get access Gympass which has seen numerous opportunities for us as a result of this partnership! Stuart is always attentive and responds quickly to any queries I have and is keen to help and find solutions to any obstacles we face. Looking forward to working with him/BrightHR for the foreseeable!

Easy to use and navigate
Easy to use and navigate! Shane provided good guidance and understanding of what we needed out of the software. The personal touch and providing direct contact details for future support was a nice touch.

Joshua was very good and so clear on his instructions in using the app and all its functions. I didnt have many questions because he had explained it so well. He is a credit to your company giving 5 star customer service and was very patient too. Definatley recommend others to use your service and thank Joshua for all his assistance today 10 out of 10

Fantastic Experience with Bright HR
I just had a training session with Darren Buck which firstly, I was very grateful for as I was 20 minutes late! But it was no problem and Darren generously still went through everything I needed to know. Really pleased to be onboard with such a great system to support our business, and the staff are super friendly and helpful too, which makes a huge difference! Thank you!

Support with contract amendments
I was having some issues amending staff contracts so required additional support from the Bright HR service team. I was forwarded to James Stubley who listened to what I was attempting to do and then, using remote access, assisted me in getting the contracts amended and correcting the staff records in double quick time. Not only did he take me through how to make the changes but did so in a way that will allow me to do it myself next time. Thank you Bright service team for having great ...

Exceptional Service
I had a training session on Bright Hr with Darren Buck, he was amazing going through everything. I feel that I am confident enough to go ahead and make the necessary changes myself. but also have a link to Darren if I get stuck. Thank you
