John Alfwynn - excellent help
Needed some help today to understand and overcome some limitations of the Bright HR platform. Was fortunate to speak with the same Account Manager several times when I called, John Alfwynn, who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and helped me navigate and adjust settings to suit our Company.
