After having issues with an employee we used bright hr and we’re assigned Sue Hargreaves to look after the case. Sue was brilliant throughout the whole case and was very helpful during a challenging period for our business. From start to finish Sue made it really easy for us and was prompt in all replies. Would definitely recommend using bright hr and especially Sue!
