BrightHR has been a phenomenal service…
BrightHR has been a phenomenal service for us, as a small arts organisation. It is affordable, very accessible and has been able to offer advice and clear guidance/templates through a variety of HR processes. Alana has been our go-to adviser and she's been a source of confidence for many of our managers. The online portal is a very clear way for us to track leave, and distribute new policies too.

Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, she was very informative and gave a detailed tour of what needed to be done in Bright HR and Bright Safe she answered all questions to the best of her ability, and anything she didn't know she was honest and also gave reference to where and to who we can get the accurate answer.
