Joshua was very good and so clear on his instructions in using the app and all its functions. I didnt have many questions because he had explained it so well. Fantastic Experience with Bright HR

I just had a training session with Darren Buck which firstly, I was very grateful for as I was 20 minutes late! But it was no problem and Darren generously still went through everything I needed to know. Really pleased to be onboard with such a great system to support our business, and the staff are super friendly and helpful too, which makes a huge difference! Thank you!

Support with contract amendments

I was having some issues amending staff contracts so required additional support from the Bright HR service team. I was forwarded to James Stubley who listened to what I was attempting to do and then, using remote access, assisted me in getting the contracts amended and correcting the staff records in double quick time. Excellent customer service! From the initial sales call, to the follow-up calls and the training provided. Hanaan Parkinson provided me with training on how to use the platform, she was very helpful and easy to chat with. She answered all my questions efficiently. The platform is great and very user-friendly.
