Joshua was very good and so clear on…
Joshua was very good and so clear on his instructions in using the app and all its functions. I didnt have many questions because he had explained it so well. He is a credit to your company giving 5 star customer service and was very patient too. Definatley recommend others to use your service and thank Joshua for all his assistance today 10 out of 10

Fantastic Experience with Bright HR
I just had a training session with Darren Buck which firstly, I was very grateful for as I was 20 minutes late! But it was no problem and Darren generously still went through everything I needed to know. Really pleased to be onboard with such a great system to support our business, and the staff are super friendly and helpful too, which makes a huge difference! Thank you!

Support with contract amendments
I was having some issues amending staff contracts so required additional support from the Bright HR service team. I was forwarded to James Stubley who listened to what I was attempting to do and then, using remote access, assisted me in getting the contracts amended and correcting the staff records in double quick time. Not only did he take me through how to make the changes but did so in a way that will allow me to do it myself next time. Thank you Bright service team for having great ...

Exceptional Service
I had a training session on Bright Hr with Darren Buck, he was amazing going through everything. I feel that I am confident enough to go ahead and make the necessary changes myself. but also have a link to Darren if I get stuck. Thank you

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! From the initial sales call, to the follow-up calls and the training provided. Hanaan Parkinson provided me with training on how to use the platform, she was very helpful and easy to chat with. She answered all my questions efficiently. The platform is great and very user-friendly.
