Raffaella was extremely helpful :-)
Raffaella was extremely helpful as I had lots of questions that needed answering as I was new to BrightHR system. She explained things clearly and also went above and beyond and arranged a teams call to my colleague in the USA who had the admin rights for the system and got me set up.

My consultation with Mohammed was really efficient!
My consultation with Mohammed was excellent. He was incredibly thorough, and explained everything clearly and in a concise way. I particularly appreciate that he answered to my specific questions, and did not try to go through an agenda. He also gave me useful tips and suggestions that I have not thought of before. Darren was a great trainer
Darren was a great trainer, went through everything on Bright HR with me, I now understand what I need to do but also know where to get help if I need it. Thanks Darren, looking forward to my BrightSafe course next week
