Bright HR and Bright Safe Training
I have just received refresher/training by Hanaan Parkinson Ramsbottom. I found this really helpful as it was tailored to my and our company needs. Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service from Nathan Zuluaga today! Nathan was patient, (I have the slowest laptop in the world). He listened to my question, looked at the reasons why and then checked his information before giving me the answer, to make sure it was right first time. He also pointed out about the free advertising service of Bright Exchange, something that I hadn't looked at before but certainly will now! Thank you so much for your help Nathan.

I called today and spoke with Josh…
I called today and spoke with Josh about how to remove an employee from the system. It might sound really silly but to anyone who understands the day to day running of a business can be so stressful and overwhelming .. I often find myself drowning in it all, even the simple stuff. It was sooo refreshing to speak to someone who explained this so effortlessly .. reminding me of the benefits and the simplicity that this system provides to me and my business. Thankyou so much!!
