Today Ryan H called me to talk me through issues I was having on BrightHR. Ryan H was very helpful, friendly and resolved all of my issues (the issues were more user centric than system!). Would highly recommend.

Quick & Helpful Support
I was getting an error message when I tried to login to BrightHR so I contacted customer service to get some help. I only had to wait a few minutes and spoke to Mohammad Khan who was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was patient and able to help me to quickly resolve the matter. Thank you!

I had a meeting this morning with Wasim Kann he was fantastic I run my own hairdressing salon for 25 years but I need to organise myself better with staff ect ,,Wasim was fantastic I learned so much from him this morning absolutely brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kind regards sharon

Great system for HR
Great system for HR, with an awesome app to go alongside it. Very clear on how things works with lots of helpful guides and FAQs to cover most questions, with a team as backup for the harder queries. Love using it!

Excellet Customer Service
My company starting using BrightHR in January 2022 to help us streamline our HR and make booking annual leave etc easier with most of our staff working from home or on sites around the UK. Not only are the app and website very easy to use but the support we receive from the customer service team is outstanding. I would recommend BrightHR for any company. Great app
I used the Bright HR app as an employee and found it very helpful. It was an easy and accessible app to use and allowed me to request annual leave, log sick leave and update my contact information very easily. Highly recommended
