Really good package for all our HR…
Really good package for all our HR needs. Peninsula have held our hand all the way and set up has progressed smoothly with good communication and demonstrations of how the package works. Really informative 1st meet with Raffaella Sinamtwa. Professional throughout.

I contacted Peninsula to assist me with the HR and Bright Safe App
I contacted Peninsula to assist our business in relation to the HR and Bright safe app. I was contacted by an adviser who talked me through a few things but recommended a one to one on boarding session which was duly arranged for early next month.

Excellent induction session with Abigail Garratty
This morning I had my induction training with Abigail Garratty. Abbie was very patient with my questions and both understanding and thorough in her approach. When we ran out of time (due to my extra questions), Abbie called me back later when she had a last minute cancellation and picked up where we left off. Support and guidance
We have had difficulty in navigating and understanding the site. Gareth was able to show us how to use it for our needs and he was able to keep it simple. He has assured us that if we need any further guidance and help, we can contact him. Gareth's support has reassured us and we intend to stay with BrightHR.
