Customer Service at its Best!
I Spoke to Gareth Cartledge on numerous occasions and despite my lack of technical 'know how', he explained everything in a clear manner ensuring my understanding throughout the training. He was patient, incredibly customer focussed and went out of his way to ensure I had the information I required.

Nick McKerrell - Bright HR training
Nick McKerrell did my training on the BrightHR website. He training was clear and concise. He adapted the training to the questions that I asked and the information I gave him about the business. Nick was polite and could not have been more helpful.

BrightSafe Overview
I've taken over the role of Health and Safety officer in my workplace. It was arranged that Eden would go through the BrightSafe app with myself. Eden went through everything on the app, quickly and efficiently. All the features were explained with confidence and any questions I had, she had the answers.

Gareth was amazing

Eden was super thorough in the software…
Eden was super thorough in the software training which she provided. She was able to answer any questions I had and advised me on how to get the most out of Bright HR and Bright Safe.

Onboarding with Samuel Lambrou
I had our onboarding for Bright HR with Samuel Lambrou who was excellent - he walked me through the system step by step and his instructions were very clear, I feel very confident using the new system having had such an informative induction. Samuel couldn't have been more helpful. I don't doubt that we will be well supported as a client of Bright HR doing forward.

Callum Woodrow is super!
Callum Woodrow is super and has been a huge help throughout our onboarding with Bright HR. He's always at the end of the phone or email and has readily made himself available when I have had any questions (even the smallest ones). He has followed up after calls to ensure I have all of the supporting links and useful documents. Bright HR are a great service, made better by great support staff like Callum!
