I have been having some trouble…
I have been having some trouble accessing the Bright portal, a lady called Paige gave me a call and went above and beyond to help me. She even followed the call up before she left for the day to ensure my issue was resolved. Amazing customer service, very polite and helpful

10/10 Friendly Customer Service!
Gareth hosted the BrightHR and BrightSafe training for me and my MD in the craziest of outfits last Friday which definitely made us all chuckle and made the training more fun to watch! Since the training I have had a query about a pregnancy risk assessment I needed to create but couldn't find - to which Gareth went above and beyond my expectations to help me with! absolute 10/10 for customer support & friendly advice! Thank you :)

Cannot thank Katie Mc enough for tolerance, patience and relentless understanding guiding us through a very uncertain period. On one occasion in out of hours our call was diverted to Elizabeth N who completely and seamlessly continued on from Katie's knowledge and advice. The service has been unbelievable - thank you so much.
