"Onboarding Experience"

What do you like best about BrightHR? Had a great onboarding experience recently with Mark Moffatt. He was very good at explaining the system's functionality and how to adapt it to suit our firm's needs. He suggested some improvements to how we were planning to use it, which we have now adopted.
